Marshmallow Brownies

1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1/3 Cup Cocoa
4 Eggs
1 3/4 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 package Mini-Marshmallows

Cream butter and sugar. Add cocoa and eggs one at a time beating well after each one. Add flour and mix well. Add vanilla and baking powder.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a greased 10x15 inch pan (cookie sheet size). Do not over cook. Cover top with marshmallows. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove before marshmallows tan. Let cool for 20-30 minutes. Frost.

1/4 Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1/3 Cup Milk
1 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
